Eating healthy is one of the most essential part of becoming physically fit. I met a medical doctors once that said "our plate should be a rainbow." I begin to wonder what she meant by saying our plate should look like a rainbow. She said that the food that we eat should be made up of a variety of colors.
This should be green, yellow, red, and orange vegetables on the plate. Also, included wheat bread and a chose of soy or meatless products or fish to make the dinner complete. Each one of the items on the plate serve it purpose to help keep us full of energy.
Things that we should avoid is a large consumption of sugar. Even though sweet give you a burst of energy when it has reached it's peak. However, it will also make you feel sluggish once peak begins to fall.
Do some research on foods that give energy and stamina.
